For Holiday 2025, we wanted to create something that would stop shoppers in their tracks—not just another promo loop, but a moment of pure wonder. So we partnered with Refinery to craft a magical snow globe experience that, for a few moments, took over every digital screen in AT&T stores across the country.
Instead of leading with deals or products, we led with emotion. Bespoke AT&T brand characters came to life inside a swirling, animated snow globe—playful, nostalgic, and quietly joyful. It was designed to feel like a pause: a breath of magic in the middle of the holiday rush.
By transforming the entire retail environment, we gave visitors something unexpected—a moment of wonder. A reason to look up, smile, and feel something.
